Short version: your files belong to you. We keep them only as long as you need them.
Files
Files you upload are stored on secured servers under randomly generated names. Input files are deleted automatically after 24 hours; processed results after 48 hours. Files may be deleted earlier by automated cleanup. We do not inspect, index, share or sell your documents.
Account data
If you create an account, we store your name, email, hashed password and processing history to provide the service. You can delete your account data on request.
Cookies & sessions
The site uses a session cookie (to keep your files attached to you), a remember-me cookie (optional) and a theme preference. No third-party tracking cookies are set by the platform itself.
Logs
Technical logs (errors, IPs, timestamps) are kept for security and debugging, and are accessible only to administrators.
Your choices
You may delete files from your dashboard at any time, close your account, or contact us at support@jfsolution-bd.com for any privacy request.
